Normally I have a fairly typical and positive experience with Domino's. Recently things have been a little less than expected. Like ordering a pizza and when you get home and open it you see there's a missing topping. No refund or concern from the store when I asked about it. Or most recently when ordering 3 s'mores lava cakes and being given the chocolate lava cakes without informing me. When I spoke to staff I was brushed off, embarrassed really. I was told they sold out. No apology, no offer to correct the mistake. Just a cold, dead stare. I don't like the chocolate lava cakes and was really frustrated about wasting my money. I asked them about the policy? Do you not call a customer when an item isn't available to give them the option? Our numbers are included on the order slip. I was given no answer, just shoulder shrug. The whole situation is extremely frustrating.

We are staying at a hotel and ordered Domino’s through Uber Eats. We placed our order for and about 5-10 minutes later, the order said “heading your way.” The order was marked as delivered at 8:29 at the hotel lobby even though no one showed up. We called the store and the guy said the delivery guy tried calling me but I never received any phone calls. He said the guy would come back and deliver it. We waited about 45 minutes more and no one came. We called the store and they kept hanging up our calls. DO NOT order from this place especially through Uber Eats. It’s a scam.

If you don't like working in the food industry, why do it if you're just going to have a sour look on your face and not know how to serve customers? If you don't like the job, find one you actually enjoy; there's no point in working if you're going to look miserable and treat customers poorly. You need to have a good attitude when working with customers-after all, you get your paycheck thanks to them. Imagine showing up, saying "good morning," and having the employee just glare at you without saying a word or even getting the order right. My advice is: if you don't like the job, switch to one you actually like and feel comfortable doing. 3 espectadores

Very poor service, maybe a couple of workers actually dial English and when they do it is rude. Have waited ages for my food, my phone application tells me it is ready, the TV inside says it and I am told otherwise. The workers are un attentive and would rather charge you for a couple of sauces than realize you’ve waited far longer than you had to and perhaps an accommodation would suffice. Go to Tony Baloney’s it’s quality pizza and amazing service. This place sucks.

After waiting 1 hours and 30 minutes, the order was marked delivered. Was on call for Literally 20 minutes before I spoke to a person. Customer Service is ZERO for the store. Saw a lot of other similar reviews regarding customer service. There resolution was to contact 3rd party for refund. Instead of trying to find out what actually happened. They claim driver dropped it off. I asked what time, so I can provide them the footage, showing order was not delivered. Again I was told to reach out to 3rd party for a refund. No attempt to resolve issue from their side. If anyone is thinking of a Delivery, Try at your own risk. And as far as customer service goes, you can read other reviews.
